NSD7312-Q1 is a brushed DC motor driver IC. The IC has integrated N-MOSFET and provides all-round protection for the power level, including power supply undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection and overtemperature protection. When the protection function is triggered, the chip will report an error with the nFault pin. The product provides 3.6A peak current and supports PWM current regulation, effectively reducing the need for input capacitance during motor startup and stalling. NSD7312-Q1 is AEC-Q100 qualified and meets the automobiles quality standards.
